When I used to hear the word “diet,” my mind would immediately skip to the word “hunger.” When I would begin a new diet (which I did countless times), I knew that, in order to cut calories, I had to reduce the amount of food eaten. I also knew that another way to cut calories was to change the types of food eaten. I didn’t need to lose a whole lot of weight. Ten pounds was sufficient, but the detoxification was what intrigued me. Hi, can anyone tell me if this is truly suitable for type 2 diabetics. I have tried so many diets its unreal…vlcd included which nearly hospitalised me. I need a proper food diet and have considered diet chef..but at nearly £200 a month I am worried. I have also read some disturbing reviews that say that there has been a suggestion that only mung beans should be eaten for 3 days or that it is mainly a soup diet. Also that the money back guarantee is a scam and that customers have been told they will receive refunds but they have not been forthcoming.
